Our website ensures that your payment information is secure. We accept PayPal and credit cards.

1: Contact us within 14 days of shipment.

2: Send the item back within 14 days of shipment.

3: Request to cancel your order before the item is shipped. The buyer must be responsible for shipping charges if the order is cancelled after shipment or in transit. We will deduct the required fee.

4: No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for custom or personalized reasons unless the item is damaged or defective. (within 14 days of shipment)

5: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

6: If an item is not returned in its original condition or cannot be sent back with all contents of the original delivery sent from this site, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

7: if a candle that has been lit cannot be return, exchange, or refund. 

8:​​​​​​Please have your order confirmation email and order receipt ready.  To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

9: Items must be in their original condition without any wear or damage

Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, gifts, and pouch included.etc)

10: All discount products and any discount products purchased for festival events are non-refundable, returns and exchanges.

1: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please return the product in protective packaging to the address on the business card. Be sure to include the packing slip so that the order can be properly identified and the refund processed.

1: We will ship your order within 24 – 48 hours of receiving it.

2: If a buyer places an order, we do not rule out the possibility that we may be short of stock after receiving an order. We will notify the buyer within 24 hours of placing the order and cancel the order.

3: Delivery time is subject to the courier’s schedule and depends on the delivery status of the courier company. We cannot provide exact information 

(Our team will try our best to follow up on the shipping situation to ensure the shipping status).

Buyers are responsible for customs and import duties that may be required. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or any issues or fees.

These fees are determined by the country we ship to and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for such fees. If an order is returned because it was not picked up at customs or by the courier, we will deduct the “actual cost of mailing.”

 

We are unable to provide information on the associated costs, as they vary by country.   For detailed information, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office.   Please note that we are unable to reimburse you for any duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 Jewelry earrings care instructions:

1: For plated jewelry, we recommend occasionally rinsing the ring with water (not hot water) to remove oils from the skin, then gently drying the surface with a soft cotton cloth or paper towel.

2: Do not use any jewelry cleaner, perfume, cosmetics, cleaning solution, alcohol, chemicals (such as body wash, shampoo, etc.), solvents, or any type of soap which may affect the plated surface and oxidation.

3: Avoid contact with water, such as bathing, swimming, steaming, using hot springs, and sweating during sports and fitness.

4: When not wearing the jewelry, it should be placed in a sealed jewelry bag or box to benefit the quality of the jewelry and delay oxidation.

5: Mixing and placing with other jewelry or complex objects is not recommended to avoid damage by mutual friction.

6: Don’t put it in a damp place.

7: Minimize the friction with other items, resulting in damage to the surface.

1: Pay attention to the safety of candle use and fire safety.

2: Stay away from and do not touch alcohol and flammable items and liquids when lighting candles.

3: Use candle lighters or extended matches to light candles.

4: Don’t blow out candles with your mouth; use a special fire extinguisher.

5: Do not leave candles burning unattended, avoid contact with children, pets, or older people needing care, and pay attention to safety.

6: Pay attention to ventilation during use, as the candle will take away the oxygen in the air when burning; it is recommended to ventilate every 30 minutes (but do not burn the candle near the wind or fan to avoid candle flames swaying).

7, it is recommended to burn candles for a short time. Avoid prolonged burning for more than 2 to 3 hours.

8: Trim wicks to 6 mm to 8 mm before each use. It is recommended not to move the burning candle. When using candles, use heat-resistant trays or candle holders. Be careful not to burn your hands, as the container becomes hot when the candle burns. Do not touch the liquid that melts when the candle burns, as the heat may burn your hands and skin.

19: Stop burning when 10 mm of unmelted liquid remains at the bottom of the candle.

10: It is usual for candles to become softer in summer and more complex in winter as the weather temperature changes.

11: If you are sensitive to odours such as aromatherapy and essential oils or have respiratory or other health problems, please be careful or avoid the use and exposure to candle odours.

1: Store candles in a temperature-stable environment and avoid exposure to extremes such as high and low temperatures and direct sunlight.

2: Avoid storing candles in humid places for long periods as moisture can cause mold on the surface of candles.

If you plan to store candles for an extended period, you can use plastic bags or airtight containers to pack the candles well to prevent dust, dirt, or odour from entering the candles’ surfaces.

These fees are determined by the country we ship to and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for these fees. If an item is returned because it was not picked up at customs or by the courier, we will deduct the “actual postage.”

We only ship in Canada now.

We do not ship to Po boxes, parcel lockers, or APO /FPO addresses at this time.    (We do not review Shipping Addresses.  If the product is lost after delivery, we do not assume responsibility and compensation).
